General Provisions & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (hereinafter: «Terms») govern the relationship between the user (hereinafter: «User», «you») and clon1x (hereinafter: «clon1x», «we», «our»).
By registering an account, downloading the client for Windows or macOS (Apple Silicon), making a payment, or utilizing our software and APIs, you unconditionally agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Description of Services & Software
clon1x provides access to a specialized Chromium-based antidetect browser built for isolating multiple independent browsing environments:
- Synthetic fingerprint emulation (Canvas, WebGL, WebRTC, fonts, Client Hints, audio, geolocation).
- Sandboxed session isolation (cookies, localStorage, extensions per profile).
- Proxy connectivity and live pre-flight latency & fraud score validation (HTTP, SOCKS5).
- AES-256 cloud profile synchronization across desktop devices.
- Automation API support (Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, REST API).
Officially supported platforms: 64-bit Windows (Windows 10 / 11) and Apple Mac computers powered exclusively by Apple Silicon processors (M1, M2, M3, M4 and newer).
Strictly UNSUPPORTED platforms: Apple Mac computers based on Intel processors (x86_64 architecture) and all distributions of the Linux operating system (including Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, Arch, CentOS, etc.) are NOT supported. The clon1x client cannot run or guarantee stability on Intel-based Macs or Linux systems.
The user is solely responsible for verifying hardware and OS compatibility prior to purchasing any subscription. clon1x provides a permanent Free plan (2 profiles, no credit card required) for this exact purpose. Inability to run the software due to the use of Mac Intel or Linux does not constitute a platform failure and does not qualify for refunds or compensation under our Refund Policy.
Account Registration & Security
Users must register using a valid email or secure Google OAuth. You remain solely responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys.
To protect platform stability, enforce fair use, and detect illicit quota bypasses, the client application may collect technical hardware parameters of your PC (including CPU/GPU identifiers, OS build, screen parameters, and machine GUID). This data is processed strictly to identify bug abuse and prevent fraudulent circumvention of software limits.
Strict ban without amnesty or refund: The free plan (2 profiles) and promotional quotas are granted on a strict 1-account-per-device basis. The administration reserves the unconditional right to immediately and permanently ban any user without the right to amnesty, appeal, or refund of paid/deposited funds, if the user registers or operates multi-accounts (3 or more accounts by one individual or device) to bypass profile limits, free quotas, or system functionality.
Pricing, Subscriptions & Payment Methods
clon1x offers flexible subscription tiers: Free 2 profiles forever, Pro starting from $1/mo, Team with shared vaults and team member seats.
Digital licenses, software access keys, and profile quotas are delivered electronically and activated in your personal dashboard immediately upon payment confirmation by our processing systems (Monobank card acquiring or cryptocurrency gateway).
Internet acquiring is provided through Monobank (JSC «UNIVERSAL BANK»). We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card processing meets the highest international security standards (PCI DSS Level 1, 3D-Secure 2.0). For cards issued by Ukrainian banks, settlements are executed in national currency (UAH) at the bank's official exchange rate with 0% hidden fees.
clon1x operates on an explicit prepaid model without unauthorized hidden charges. Subscriptions remain active for the chosen paid period. A refund can be requested within 14 calendar days strictly if the user has barely used the service and platform resources were not actively consumed.
Right to refund is forfeited if: a) the user created or launched more than 25% of profiles from their purchased plan tier (e.g. bought 100 profiles, used 26 or more profiles — right to refund is void); b) the user performed proxy checks for more than 50 rows in the proxy manager; c) the user's data occupied more than 5 MB in the database; or d) the user violated our Acceptable Use Policy or used multi-accounts.
We support over 900+ cryptocurrencies and tokens via CCPayment: USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20, Arbitrum, TON, BSC), USDC, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Toncoin (TON), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), Tron (TRX), and BNB. Due to the immutable nature of distributed ledgers, confirmed cryptocurrency payments cannot be rolled back.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
clon1x is designed exclusively for lawful digital marketing, web analytics, multi-environment QA testing, and e-commerce management. Any facilitation or execution of malicious activities is strictly prohibited.
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the software, backend, databases, or APIs, as well as conducting DDoS or DoS attacks, high-load stress testing, endpoint flooding, brute-force, or automated spamming.
Immediate ban and complete database wipe: In cases of vulnerability exploitation, attack attempts, or malicious abuse, the administration issues an immediate, irreversible permanent ban on both the account and hardware device identifier. All profiles, session files, cookies, and local database entries belonging to the violator are permanently and unrecoverably erased from the database without prior notice, without the right to amnesty, and without any refund.
clon1x acts strictly as a neutral technology provider of browser profile isolation software. The software does not monitor, inspect, or control user browsing activities. clon1x and its owners/administrators bear NO liability whatsoever for how users utilize the software. Any harmful actions, fraud, scamming, financial deception, sale or purchase of prohibited, counterfeit, or illicit goods and services, as well as the creation, execution, or distribution of prohibited or malicious software, are the sole and exclusive personal legal, civil, and criminal liability of the user.
Intellectual Property & Limited License
All proprietary rights, source code, and design assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of clon1x. Users receive a revocable, non-exclusive license to operate the software within their active plan tier.
Privacy & AES-256 Encryption
Session data, local storage, and cookies are encrypted using AES-256 during cloud synchronization. We do not proxy or intercept user browsing traffic. For full details on data retention and analytics, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided «AS IS». While we maintain advanced fingerprint consistency and bypass emulation, we cannot guarantee against third-party platform moderation triggered by external behavioral factors, suspicious proxy IPs, or payment anomalies.
clon1x expressly disclaims any warranty of compatibility, uninterrupted operation, or merchantability on unsupported operating systems or hardware architectures, specifically including Mac devices on Intel processors and all Linux operating systems. Attempting to run the software on unsupported environments is at the user's sole discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, clon1x liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding one month.
Under no circumstances shall clon1x, its founders, operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or legal consequences arising from the user's activities. The user agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless clon1x against any third-party claims, government inquiries, regulatory fines, or damages resulting from the user's violation of law or these Terms.
